APDP Consulting (“we” or “us”) is an independent compliance consulting firm serving health care providers in Florida. • Checklist requests: your provider type, name and email address.
• Calls, emails and WhatsApp messages: whatever you choose to share with us, along with your phone number or email address.

Please do not send resident or patient names, or any other protected health information, through this website, by email or by WhatsApp before we have an agreement in place.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and arrange a consultation.
• To send you the checklist you asked for, and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To provide our services if you become a client.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles your information

We use a few service providers to run this website and our business. They handle your information only as needed to provide their services:

• Netlify hosts this website, and receives and stores form submissions for us, including screening them for spam.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this website, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
• Our email provider delivers form notifications and your emails to us.
• WhatsApp carries any messages you send us on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
